Health is unique to each of us..
I have a love for sailing, happiest outdoors and became interested in homeopathy in 1988 when first looking for support for my own health challenges. I was quickly encouraged by the benefits of homeopathy and the positive results I saw in my own health and family and friends. I decided to learn even more about homeopathy and enrolled in a three year course offered by Teleosis Homeopathic School of Newton, Massachusetts.
I received my training from nationally certified homeopaths who collaborated to create a diverse program rooted in their own education and experiences in the education and medical fields including; nursing, psychology and therapy.
Studying homeopathy has allowed me to truly understand that each person is unique and the whole body, mind and spirit is key to understanding one’s true health. My homeopathic training and my love for creating unique healthy meals led me to pursue a certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) is an American nutrition school headquartered in New York City. The school provides a certified holistic nutrition education and health coaching practice program.
I am excited about sharing my 20 + years of cooking knowledge and unique recipes and welcome you to the Your Life and Land Community!
